Program is available to fifth grade students from any state in the USA. Multiple visits are encouraged. 5th Grade student needs to brings this form (or the resulting PDF document) and a copy of their report card (Report card should indicate that they're enrolled in the 5th grade) and present them to any Ski Butternut ticketing agent/booth to receive their choice of:

• A FREE ALL-MOUNTAIN JUNIOR LIFT TICKET or
• A FREE 1st TIMERS LEARN-TO-SKI PACKAGE - Package includes a lift ticket that is restricted to the Paddy's learning slope and Paddy's chairlift, plus rental skis, boots and poles & a group lesson designed for 1st timers.

5th GRADE SKI FREE OFFER IS VALID SUNDAY - FRIDAY ALL SEASON LONG (excludes all Saturdays & holiday periods). NOT VALID: December 24, 2007 - January 1, 2008; January 19-21, 2008 and February 16-24, 2008 as these are Ski Butternut's advertised holiday periods for winter 2007-08.

5th GRADER MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT PURCHASING A REGULAR PRICE ALL DAY LIFT TICKET. Adults can not use a discounted ticket or ticket-voucher, trade voucher (including vouchers received from radio stations) or a season pass to get the 5th graders ski free lift ticket or learn to ski package. Adult must purchase their regular full fare lift ticket at the same time the students' FREE pass or package is issued.

Free passes will only be issued if the above form is fully filled in and legible. Please fill the form out prior to your arrival at the mountain. Offer expires March 31st or on the last day that the mountain is open for this winter season, whichever comes first.

Please remember to bring a copy of this form FULLY FILLED IN and a copy of your report card with you to the mountain.  We can't issue you a FREE 5th Graders Lift Ticket or Learn-to-Ski Package without both.
