Aspen Sawyer - age six enjoys learning to carve fast turns. A number of the local schools, in conjunction with Ski Butternut offer children an instructional ski or snowboard program for a few hours, 8 times a winter. Aspen said that she "enjoyed the lessons and especially enjoyed skiing fast with her instructor." Aspen was enrolled in the local schools 1st Grade midweek ski school class.
